DASIGSDirector's message

Building with Senegal.

Why a group founded in Jeddah is setting up in Dakar, and what DASIGS intends to build there.

One group, two homes

Since 1986, the Dar Al Salam group has been building, investing and welcoming guests in Saudi Arabia. In Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Jeddah, it has learned a demanding trade: building places that last, and receiving everyone in them with the same care. With DASIGS, it opens a new chapter in Senegal.

A conviction

We came with one conviction: Senegal is building its future, and the private sector has a part to play. Housing, public facilities, infrastructure, hospitality: the needs are real. They call for strong partners, able to commit for the long term and to be held accountable.

“Senegal is building its future. We have come to build it alongside.”

A method

Our approach comes down to three words: listen, commit, deliver. Listen to public authorities, local governments and private partners before proposing anything. Commit to clear structures, whether public-private partnership, turnkey contract or concession. Deliver work that meets the group's standards.

A bridge between Jeddah and Dakar

We intend to build with Senegalese companies and talent, and to make DASIGS a lasting bridge between Jeddah and Dakar. Our door is open to all who share these standards.
