07Our approach

Listen, commit, deliver.

Every project follows the same method, from the first conversation to handover.

  1. 01

    Understand

Listen to public authorities, local governments and private partners, and assess needs before proposing anything.

  2. 02

    Structure

Choose the right structure, whether public-private partnership, turnkey contract or concession, and secure the financing.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Design and build with qualified contractors, to the group's standards.

  4. 04

    Operate

Run and maintain the asset, or hand it over to its public owner.

Three investment models

PPPPublic-private partnership
A long-term contract under which a public authority entrusts a private operator with designing, building, financing or operating a public-interest asset.
EPCEngineering, procurement, construction
A single contract to design, procure and build: the asset is delivered turnkey.
BOTBuild, operate, transfer
The private partner finances, builds and operates the asset for a set period, then transfers it to the public entity.
